How to lose and maintain your weight loss goals with Hypnotherapy

Firstly, losing weight is not easy, it takes time, commitment and will power. This is why most people who manage to lose weight don't maintain it. It doesn't matter how many diets you go on, you may initially lose the weight but will definitely put it back on if you are relying purely on your will power!

This is because your will power is controlled by your conscious mind, the busy analytical part of your brain.  When you say that this diet is just too difficult and this one piece of cake won’t hurt, that is your conscious mind talking. But your subconscious mind is listening and now believes what you have just said is the truth – that the cake is acceptable and this diet is too hard to maintain and so you stop watching what you eat and gain weight.
