Happiness is something you choose.
You need to make the right choices for you that will give you that feeling and experience of happiness.
Know what you want and make a plan to achieve it.
Take responsibility for your happiness, don't pass that responsibility on to someone else.
They will create the life they want for you; it may not be the one you want to live!
HAPPINESS
How would you describe happiness, what does it mean to you?
I’ve read all kinds of positive quotes telling me how it should be.
For me it’s about being truthful and living in my power, to treat all others with kindness as I follow my own path to happiness.
It’s not about the material things and it can’t be bought with money.
It’s definitely found within yourself and can often be a struggle.
An intention to be happy and to live your life in joy, to be grateful for all you have and live in the here and now.
Don’t worry about what you haven’t achieved, focus on what you have.
The more you focus on the good the more you will attract.
Your happiness is dependent on the quality of your thoughts, make sure that they’re positive, happy and truly yours.
Your mind believes what you tell it, lies or truth it doesn’t care, it’s time to be your own best friend and stop being your worst critic.
Should your internal voice become too loud, quickly turn the volume down.
Spend some time in nature it’s great for your mental health, go out and smell the roses instead of being in your head.
Responsibility is crucial if you want to make a change, blaming others or life events will take your power away.
Empowerment’s important in your search for happiness, take time and a new perspective of where your life is at.
Happiness comes from within, from being grateful and seeing good in all things.
